Boileau Business Technology continues to support the cultural sector in South Australia, recognising that the arts play a vitally important role in the State’s economic recovery.

Cultural and creative activities make a significant contribution to Australia’s creative and cultural industries, contributing $111.7bn to Australia’s GDP, representing some 6.5% of the economy.

Boileau has been a long-standing partner of South Australia’s largest performing arts company, Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, understanding how important it is for business and the arts to work together to generate economic development for the state.

To this end, Boileau is donating $10,000 to the ASO as a matched funding incentive, encouraging people to donate to the orchestra before the tax year ends. Every dollar donated will be matched by Boileau Business Technology if donated between June 22 and 23.

Boileau Managing Director, Angelique Boileau stated “As we begin to emerge from the COVID-19 crisis, cultural experiences that connect and inspire us will be more important than ever. Boileau is proud to be collaborating with South Australia’s state orchestra in its fundraising efforts. We have worked in partnership with the South Australian community for 30 years. Although times are indeed challenging our commitment to our partners is unwavering”.

Vincent Ciccarello, Managing Director Adelaide Symphony Orchestra shared that, “Boileau is one of the ASO’s longest standing partners, with a wonderful relationship spanning 17 years. While arts companies are navigating difficult terrain now, many businesses are enduring their own challenges, which makes the continued support of our sponsors even more valuable. Boileau’s generosity toward the ASO illustrates their investment in the cultural life of South Australia.”
